OSRAM Through-Hole Sidelooker IR LEDs
These Infrared (IR) emitting LEDs, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are in Sidelooker through-hole packages. They are in a rectangular plastic package with a round domed lens on the side of the package. This enables the IR LEDs to emit the light to the side of the package. The Sidelooker series are suitable for photointerrupter and beam interruption applications where a side looking beam is required.
