XR791xx Synchronous Step-Down COT Power Modules, Exar
Exar XR791xx Synchronous Step-Down Power Modules are 10A (XR79110), or 15A (XR79115) power modules for point-of-load supplies. They have a wide 5V to 22V input range which permits single supply operation from industry standard 5V, 12V, and 19.6V rails.
These PWM Switching Regulators by Exar come with Constant On-Time (COT) control scheme, each of these devices deliver fast line and load transient response using ceramic output capacitors.
