OSRAM TOPLED Series IR LEDs - 860/880nm
This range of IR LEDs, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are in their surface mount (SMT) TOPLED package. They have a wavelength of 860nm or 880nm. Their white, flat top TOPLED package is also available in a reverse Gull Wing option. These high power LEDs offer a homogeneous radiation pattern. Suitable applications for the TOPLED IR LEDs include; miniature photointerrupters, control and drive circuits, automotive, sensor technology and alarm and safety equipment (CCTV).
