The Vishay 1N5817, 1N5818 and 1N5819 are a family of low-drop 1A Schottky rectifier diodes. They are designed for switch-mode power supplies and high frequency DC-to-DC converters.

Small conduction loss
Very low switching loss

1N5817-1N5819 are designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, polarity protection and small battery chargers.
