MagnetoResistive FixPitch Sensors
A range of MagnetoResistive FixPitch position sensors from Sensitec, available in a range of different pitches. Each position sensor incorporates two Wheatstone bridges on chip.
The sensor outputs are proportional to sine and cosine of the coordinates measured. Each sensor is matched to a particular pole length (equivalent to half the magnetic period). PerfectWave technology is incorporated to ensure that the higher harmonics are removed and precision is maintained by using multiple sensors.
