An RF Power Measurement evaluation board from Analog Devices covering 1 MHz to 8 GHz with a range of 60dB. The circuit is software-calibrated and provides a 12-bit measurement output via a serial interface. The circuit is designed around the AD8318 Logarithmic Detector/Controller and the AD7887 Micro-power 2-Channel 12-Bit ADC, and includes an ADR421 Precision 2.5V Reference IC.
