Cree XLamp CXA3050 Series LED Arrays
The XLamp CXA3050, from Cree, is an LED multiple-die array which delivers high lumen output and high efficacy from a single package, which does not require reflow soldering. The CXA3050 features a 23mm optical source and is available in 2 step and 4 step colour consistency. This uniform emitting surface enables both directional and non-directional lighting applications. Optimised to simplify designs and lower system cost, the CXA3050 LED can deliver system-level performance of up to 9000 lumens, suiting applications that traditionally use halogen, ceramic metal halide and compact fluorescent technology.
