Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode - SS Series
The HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited SS family of diodes are surface mount schottky barrier rectifiers. They are packaged in SMA, SMB or SMC designs. The reverse voltages range from 20 V to 100 V with different forward currents from 1 A up to 5 A. Applications include free-wheeling, inverters and polarity protection.
