These capacitors have a wide temperature characteristic of +22% –82% capacitance change over the operating temperature range of –30°C to +85°.Voltage Range: 6 V to 50 V.Capacitance Range: 1000 pF to 22 μF. The Y5V range are ideal for decoupling applications within limited temperature range.
