From Schneider Electric this is the XPSVNE Prevents safety relay module specifically for Zero speed detection. This relay module allows you to detect the stop condition of an electric motor and used for all types of AC and DC motor driven machinery. Application for the XPSVNE safety relay module include the unlock signal for electrically interlocked sliding, removable machine guards, controlling rotation direction signals (reversing motors) and engaging locking brakes when the motor stops.
