The HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited glass passivated BT Series are surface mount bridge rectifiers. The family is rated at 0.8 A or 1 A in 600 V and 1000 V reverse voltages and is used in printed circuit boards (PCB) applications. They are ideal for applications where you wish to convert AC into DC.
