Panasonic ECQUL film capacitors are constructed with non-combustible resin and a flame-retardant plastic case in accordance with UL/CSA and European safety regulation class X2 or Y2/X2.
Warning
Capacitors are designed for connecting directly across a mains supply but should NOT be used in positions where failure of a capacitor would expose anybody to electric shock.
