Link your Ethernet devices with this high-performance Cat6 cable from StarTech.com. It consists of eight copper cores twisted in four pairs to cancel out electromagnetic interference (EMI) for reduced near-end crosstalk (NEXT). It's used to connect devices such as switches and routers for high data-transfer rates of up to 10Gbps (gigabits per second). It's also suitable for Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications as it provides up to 100W of power to compatible devices.
How do I connect this Cat6 cable? The cable comes terminated with two male RJ45 (Registered Jack) connectors. Each end has a connector clip that allows for simple insertion into and removal from a compatible port, making it simple to connect while protecting the ends from snagging.
