Product Details
This cutting disc is a thin portable wheel designed for high-speed metal cutting with angle grinders. It uses precision-shaped ceramic grain to deliver cooler, Faster cutting in heavy-duty workshop and production settings while being suitable for routine stainless steel and carbon steel operations.
It is formulated for metal, specifically 304 stainless steel and 1018 carbon steel, providing effective throughput on both ferritic and austenitic alloys.
It can be mounted on smaller grinders with an 8mm arbor, but achieving rated performance requires a tool capable of maintaining speed near the wheels 11,500 rpm limit.
The precision-shaped ceramic grain slices through metal rather than ploughing, which lowers heat transfer to the workpiece compared with conventional ceramic abrasives.
The product is supplied as a pack of 25 wheels to support repetitive cutting operations and minimise downtime.
