These nickel plated brass ball valves have seals designed to remove scale deposits with each operation. The polished brass ball is sealed on both sides by nylon ring seals that are supported by compensating nitrile ’O’ rings. This arrangement keeps the seal in contact with the ball, preventing leakage should seal wear occur.
