The diaphragm of the valve is made from a lightweight acetal resin material, which offers a good level of resistance to corrosion and wear for a long lifespan. This diaphragm acts upon a spring-loaded seat with a pre-set pressure level. This setup will stop the flow rate in your equipment from going over two litres per second, which is the optimum level for preventing excessive noise or damage.
